The aim of her workshops and presentations is to help women become more inspired, uplifted, encouraged and informed about the nature of who they are, and why they are the way they are.

Women today must be informed and educated on the use of natural cloth pads, the ancient practice of the give away, and why having a cycle is important to their overall sanity in a world that is moving all too fast.
